In addition to our enjoying our speakers at the QA meetings, many of them offer workshops the day following the Wednesday meetings.

• Our classes are held at the Edmonds, Church of God on Thursday following the Wednesday morning QA monthly meeting.  Classes are open to the public with priority going to QA members.

• QA makes every effort to insure high quality instructors with minimum fees for workshops.

• Doors open at 9AM with classes beginning promptly at 9:30.  This will allow plenty of time to set up your equipment.

• You will need to bring your basic sewing supplies for general sewing needs in addition to the supply list provided by the instructor.

• Power cords, surge bars and extension cords are always welcome.  If you have an Ott Table Light you may fined it useful when sewing.

• Bring a sack lunch.  We will break at noon for a quick lunch.  Hot water for tea and instant coffee are available at the church along with micro wave ovens.  There is a Top Foods and Starbucks just down the street from the church with easy and quick access.

• Cancellation policy:  Class fees will be refunded if the member cancels more than 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.  During the final 2 weeks before the workshop fees will be refunded only if the Education Chair can fill the space from a wait list.  If the space cannot be filled, there will be no refund.  If there is no wait list for the workshop, the member can elect to find someone to take their place and the replacement individual does not have to be a QA member.
