This Baltimore
Tribute Appliqué is a Mary Sorenson design.
On retirement, I signed up for an appliqué class
with Nancy Lee Chong. what I didn't know;
the needle turn appliqué class was only the first
of many steps in completing this quilt. What
I do know; I have much to learn, to tackle smaller
projects and most of all, that I am totally hooked
on quilting. |

Tipsy Nine Patch Christmas Flannel

I loved these
wonderful flannels and wanted to try the tipsy
pattern, by Robin Strobel from The Casual
Quilter. I also wanted to try one of the
many stitches on my machine. This Christmas
quilt is warm and cozy. |
