Sophie Lowell,
age 10, made this quilt in 2001 for a special
exhibition in Houston. "Quilts for the Young
at Heart" was sponsored by David Textiles, Inc.,
who provided the fabrics. Supervising Sophie
for this project was QA member Maggie Ball and the
quilt will appear in Maggie's forthcoming book,
Patchwork and Quilting with Kids. |
