Gibson's Name Book by Carole Rush - 1st Place

Gibson is my second grandchild to receive an accordion-folded quilted name book.  The book design is my special creation: first name on one side, last name on the reverse.  Cats anchor both sides - as they anchor Gibson's life.  The quilt comes complete with a special book bag.  (Most letter patterns purchased in a Maureen Noble appliqué class.  Constructions technique partially from Sharon Pederson two-sided quilts class.)
