pattern similar to this in a Miniature Quilt
magazine and had to find out if I could make
three-dimensional bow ties this small. It
took a little practice. |

Last year for
Christmas, one of the Quiltaholics, Darlene Lee,
gave us all a mini quilt book. We challenged
ourselves to each make a mini for the 2004 quilt
show and this is my effort! I think it took
just as long as a queen size. It is based on
the old spider web pattern and hence the name,
"Itsy Bitsy Spider". Based on a pattern from
McCall's Quilting, February 2001, "Viewpoint" by
Sally Collins. |
