very first wholecloth! It is based on a
design by Sue Schmieden called 'Rosemaling'.
This was quite challenging and of course my very
first wholecloth had to be very large! |

I loved this
pattern that a friend brought me several years
ago from a show in Portland, but it needed just
the right fabrics. Finally I did have all
the right fabrics and it's done! Thus the

My New Year's
goal was to take a class from Roxanne Carter.
Now I'm hooked - I love my monthly time under
her direction. She is able to lift our
hearts and inspire us all. The red in the
quilt is for my husband, who loves red; the
dogwood in the print is for me. |
