It's My Quilt, Grandma
by Kathleen Brown - 1st Place |
 |
| When she was three and four my granddaughter,
Gabriella Grace (Gigi) created the happiest
pictures. Using some of these as patterns I made
this quilt. Gigi choose the fabrics. If I made
other suggestions Gigi would remind me whose
quilt it was, her selections were always better. |

Two Pink Frogs by
Joyce Trees - 2nd
Place |
 |
| After having machine-quilted cute frogs in
other people's quilts, I decided this quilt
would be a prime candidate to include some
unique frogs in a quilt of my own. |

Rhymes in Red by
Roberta McAbee - 3rd Place |
 |
| This is my first redwork quilt. The
embroidery was started a couple of years ago.
The rhymes were from a pre-printed panel. |

Monkey Business by
Stephanie Teachman - HM |
 |
| I wanted to make a quilt for my new
grandson. As the baby shower planning progressed
and a monkey theme emerged.. I decided to go
with that! |
