I love to use batiks and this pattern allowed me
to make a small dent in my collection of batik
fabrics. The interplay of colors and textures
was exciting to discover. Machine-pieced.

I HATE paper-piecing, but lost my mind in
Nashville when I saw this pattern. As I was
piecing, there were some very wonky spots. I
almost cut it up into pieces and inserted some
polka dots, but I decided to forge ahead as it
was. I love it! Machine-pieced.
