We invite you to be a merchant at our upcoming show celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Quilters Anonymous, Stitch by Stitch-- Cheers to 50 Years! from March 12 – 14, 2027. Please apply on or after 8 AM on June 1 for a booth for our Merchant Mall. Our application process is 100% online. We are pleased to offer the opportunity to pay by credit card or by check. Booth pricing at $3.00 per square foot is as follows:
10' Single, 10' by 10' (4 available): $300
14' Single, 10' by 14' (1 available): $420
15' Single, 15' by 10' (6 available): $450
17' Double, 17' by 10' (1 available): $510
20' Double, 20' by 10' (7 available): $600
22' Double, 22' by 10' (2 available): $660
23' Double, 23' by 10' (3 available): $690
35' Booth, (350 square feet, 2 available) : $1050
40' Booth (400 square feet, 1 available) : $1200
Corner Booths (3 available: 300 to 400 sq ft): $900 - $1200
Charity Booth: Available by special request

Other sizes may be available as we work to fit everyone in. The selection committee will do its best to accommodate your booth size preferences, but spaces are limited. We recommend that you apply early as applications are considered in the order in which they are received.
Once accepted, you will be given the opportunity to provide a live demonstration during the quilt show. This is a great opportunity to showcase a special product of yours or get your company in front of our attendees.
Booth set up will take place on Thursday, March 11 and take down will be after the show closes at 4 PM Sunday March 14.
